Construction Guidance Focused on the Owner’s Interests

Wyres Construction Services provides experienced, independent construction guidance throughout planning, construction, project recovery, and closeout. Services are tailored to each client and assignment without requiring the cost or commitment of adding a full-time construction professional.

Owner’s Representation

Independent owner-side oversight, meeting participation, contractor coordination, progress monitoring, schedule and quality observations, change-order review, and clear communication.

Project Assessment & Recovery

Evaluation of delayed, over-budget, incomplete, disputed, or underperforming projects. Services include documenting current conditions, identifying priorities, evaluating obstacles, and helping establish a practical path to completion.

Field & Progress Reviews

Periodic site observations, photographic documentation, visible quality observations, progress evaluation, and concise reporting for owners and other stakeholders.

Scope, Cost & Change-Order Review

Independent review of proposals, estimates, project scope, allowances, invoices, and change orders for completeness, reasonableness, omissions, duplication, and construction concerns.

Preconstruction & Constructability Review

Review of proposed work from a builder’s perspective to identify scope gaps, sequencing concerns, practical field issues, and potential budget or scheduling risks before construction begins.

Closeout & Punch-List Support

Completion observations, punch-list development, review of outstanding work, documentation follow-up, and final coordination assistance.

Residential Owner Advisory

Independent guidance for homeowners building a new home, garage, room addition, or completing a major renovation. Assistance may include scope development, bid comparison, contractor-selection guidance, sequencing, progress reviews, invoice and change-order review, problem solving, and completion planning.

Wyres represents the owner—not the contractor.

Owners contract directly with contractors and vendors. Contractors remain responsible for their work, means and methods, safety, code compliance, and warranties.
